Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We will provide you with return instructions.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Damaged or worn items will not be accepted.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
- Sale items, including products purchased with a discount code, are not eligible for refunds. Instead, we offer size exchanges or a store credit coupon.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
