Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Damaged or worn items will not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
  • Sale items, including products purchased with a discount code, are not eligible for refunds. Instead, we offer size exchanges or a store credit coupon.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
